Yall know I don't really review shows and artist because I'm hella opinionated and I don't want to offend anyone. This is how I feel about the DMV awards: It was a great opportunity for DMV entertainers of all sorts to unite and support each other. There was a lot of love in the room!
I can't speak for anyone else but Mahogany worked her butt off organizing this event. Much love to Mahogany Jones and Dre All Day in the Paint!

Hey!
So I just wanted to take a moment and say THANK YOU to everyone who's been supporting me thus far. Every musician has her/his reasons for treading this road to stardom, I can only speak for myself by saying, I honestly do this for the love of music. This past year has been world changing for me, both personally and professionally. March of last year was a completely different RAtheMC and Rashea. I've grown and learned a lot about people in general, as well as myself. This industry can either make you or break you. I've already came close to breaking and I'm no where near where I'd like to be in my career yet. However, I'm motivated everyday to write another verse because my supporters make me feel like I matter.

GARVEY'S DISS ON WALE AND TABI
Now I wasn't gonna post this because people seem to be all in a tizzy about this one. Here's my take on it, AHH SO WHAT, lol. I don't know Garvey personally but rap is an expression. It doesn't have to be a justified expression, it's just what you feel. And this is how Garvey felt so whether Tabi and Wale respond or not (and I doubt if they will) I don't see anything wrong with the song. We've heard NY rappers diss other NY rappers, Cali rappers diss Cali rappers, so on and so forth. I look at DMV movement as family, and families have problems. The only difference is we air our problems out on the internet lol....Ahhhhh ya gotta love it!
It's just a song folks, Wale and Tabi are gonna be successful regardless. And DC will support them regardless.
